Before I owned any Star Wars figures, I owned these amazing plastic knock-offs that were sold in grocery stores. I have a vivid memory of sitting at my grandmother’s kitchen table playing with these. It wasn’t to hard to imagine them as Darth Vader, kind of Luke / Han, Chewbacca with pants and antenna, sort of R2-D2, not quite Leia, an earth astronaut, and a turtle guy. The company that originally made has reissued them and I needed them.
