Chris Bordenca is a painter from Massachusetts. After a ten year hiatus taken to raise his family along with his wife Andrea, Chris picked up a paintbrush again in August of 2018. His paintings attempt to capture objects and places from the recent past that still exist beyond their time and into our present. Chris studied at The New England School of Art & Design in Boston, and graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The University of Massachusetts Amherst. He painted murals in homes and businesses from 1998 until 2008, and worked as a freelance graphic artist until diving back into painting.
